Amazing Thailand. Never want for good food, coffee shops, little guesthouses, markets and flowers. Taking kitsch to an art form with a healthy obsession for vintage.

How do you fit three years in a post? Maybe it’ll need two, or even three…in no order, Thailand defies order or chronology, in good and bad ways. So as starters, at the top of my head memorable moments: merchandising of the protests during the botched elections (I have a pair of earrings in the shape of Thailand), road trips on the motorbike, getting our fix of wild honey at the market, surviving the Mae Sot-Umphang (1219 sharp curves) highway.

New Year's on the Chao Phraya, can't have lived in Thailand without a New Year's eve on some boat.
